A Conference and Stakeholder meeting was held in the North East Region by the Coordination Office of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) on the 10th of August 2023 at the main Conference Hall of the Regional Coordinating Council.
The meeting sought to sensitise and enlighten stakeholders on the policy framework and Action Plans for local businesses to take advantage of the great and vast opportunities to be derived from the implementation of AfCFTA in the Region, and by extension Ghana as a country.
Resource Persons were drawn from Exim Bank, Ghana Export Promotion Authority, Ghana Revenue Authority, Ghana Standards Authority, Ghana Free Zones Authority and Ghana Enterprises Agency among others.
The audience comprised various business owners and entrepreneurs within the Region.
